The role will ensure that Elders attains and maintains a reputation as the premier provider of technical services to clients and the best developer of, and destination for, Agronomists.
The Technical Services Manager will develop the tools and technologies required to build the capability of the agronomists in order to sell technical products and services that meet the requirements of all customer value propositions offered by Elders. The role will provide and manage technical support activities across the Zone for broadacre, cotton and pasture and measured by;
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience in an agronomy role and knowledge of the Elders product range.
Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must in addition to sound administrative, organisational and problem solving skills. To succeed in this role intermediate skills are required in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
A degree in either a business or agricultural related discipline and a Certificate IV in Frontline Management would be considered favourably.
In addition to the above you will have demonstrated understanding of industry groups and influences and previous experience in a training role.
